This thorough inspection is visual (at this stage no destructive or intrusive testing takes place). Citywide Building Consultants (Auck) Ltd have been involved with 'leaky buildings' for a number of years and are fully aware of all the issues and indicative signs that a leaky home presents. We have the latest moisture detection equipment allowing us to gauge the moisture content of the framing and establish the performance of the cladding.

If required we will undertake a Council file search to determine the history of the property and establish whether the property is still in compliance with the relevant permits and consents issued. A LIM report will only detail issues that Council are aware of, works undertaken without Councils knowledge will not be identified in a LIM report.
