Currently we are delivering a successful service to a large and established house relocation company. This service assists in providing a Fast Effective and Efficient service for all involved. This service is a report that is made available to the purchaser or intended purchaser of the dwelling as part of the potential sale price and relocation arrangements.

Citywide Building Consultants (Auck) Ltd carryout a site visit to determine the condition, photograph and make all recommendations necessary. This service pre-empts any unforeseen matters. This report consists of colour photographs and is bound ready for presentation to the purchaser and/or district council.
